How Can I Cancel the Order Placed By Mistake?
If you’ve accidentally placed an order, don’t worry! You can cancel it within 5 minutes of placing it, but only if it was placed by mistake. After this time frame, orders are processed for production and cannot be cancelled because it’s a customized and unique product made only for you and cannot be sold to others.
To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
1. Check the time: Ensure that you are within the 5-minute window from the time you placed the order.
2. Contact Us: Immediately contact our customer support team through email at support@praila.com or via WhatsApp to inform us about the cancellation. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in the message. If the message or order is spam, we cannot process it further.
3. Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request and verify that it’s within the 5-minute window, we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation email. If it’s COD, we’ll cancel it immediately, and if it’s prepaid, we can refund it to the original payment method or your Praila’s store wallet only if the reason is valid enough to avoid any spam orders.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after the 5-minute window as they are processed for production. To ensure timely delivery, please place your orders carefully to avoid any future disputes.
