File upload size:
– The maximum file size for uploads varies per product (not more than 25MB). Please read the product description for each product and ensure your files meet this requirement to avoid any issues with your order.

-The maximum file uploads is 10 and minimum uploads is 1, If there’s a need for more than 10 uploads, share your files with us mail: upload@praila.com, along with the order number and details.

Changing Uploaded Files or Details:
– If you need to change the files or details you’ve uploaded for customization, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.

– Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes to your order. However, we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.
